Requests for returns of item(s) purchased from "7E Wellness India" must be received within 15 days  of delivery for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the item and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA).

Returns or exchanges will be accepted on devices opened and unopened in their original packaging so long as it falls within 15 days of delivery.

"7E Wellness India" does not accept returns on opened items including: Gloves, Gels, Replenish Hydrating Spritzer, Eye and Lip Masks.

If you are returning an item, please note that return shipping charges are paid by the customer. If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to 7E Wellness India as well as return shipping is paid by the customer. 7E Wellness India will pay return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.


Orders that are placed can be canceled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account.
It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Items purchased through a retailer must be returned or exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy. If you received your item(s) from 7E Wellness as a gift from a friend or relative who placed the order through, please have the gift giver contact us to arrange the appropriate return or exchange.

Step 1: Contact 7E Customer Support by email: or, by calling:  +91 9685511123. You must include your name, order #, concerns and/or issues so that we may process your RMA.

Step 2: 7E Customer Support will create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Step 3: 7E Customer Support will email you your RMA form. You must print, complete and include the form when shipping items to our warehouse.

Step 4: Clearly mark the outside of the shipping box with your name, address and RMA number. Ship your item(s) to the address listed on the RMA form.

Step 5: Once your shipment is received by our warehouse it will be processed and you will be informed within seven days with a resolution of your RMA.

Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 12-15 business days from receipt of order. Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier or logistics companies usually between 9am–5pm Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Products will need to be signed for upon delivery and acknowledgement shall be the conclusive evidence that the products are delivered. We take no responsibility for acknowledgement signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and send an email at mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon 7ewellness India Private Limited shipment to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Charges

Free Shipping for all orders (including replacement) and will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts 7ewellness India Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion and in store credit shall be given to the customer.
